Aligot cheese is a regional dish from the Auvergne region of France, made by mixing fresh cheese with mashed potatoes, garlic, and other ingredients.The gooey aligot cheese that oozes out when you cut into it, the crispy outside and juicy inside of the chicken, and the rich flavor that fills your mouth are addictive! *2-hour limit from Wednesday to Friday and the day before a public holiday
